University Recreation Policy
University Recreation provides intramural, extramural, and club sports competition opportunities in three divisions - Men, Women, and Co-Rec. URec expects sports participants to choose a division based on their own self-identified gender, and that is done in good faith and is consistent with a player's expressed gender identity.
Transgender participants may play in the division that best matches their gender identity.
In co-rec competition, a player's gender identity will be applied when there are gender specific rules or player ratio requirements.
