FAMILY PLAN MEMBERSHIPS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR RENEWAL IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE AT 662-325-7244.
Monthly memberships expire one month from the date of purchase. Annual memberships expire one year from the date of purchase. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Memberships are not prorated.
Purchase new memberships in the Member Services Office of the Sanderson Center. Please bring a valid MSU identification card. We accept cash, check, or credit card, or the fee may be applied to your MSU account. Payroll deduction is also available to faculty and staff.
A membership may be RENEWED by email membership@saffairs.msstate.edu or through our online portal at https://play.urec.msstate.edu/ . To renew online, click the sign-in link in the top right corner of the page, then click on your netid, also in the right top corner, to open your profile page. Scroll down to your membership information and renew.
Faculty and staff members who have an annual membership that is payroll deducted may register for Perpetual Membership – there is no expiration for the membership as long as the member is employed by Mississippi State University.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
THE DEPARTMENT OF UNIVERSITY RECREATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME FOR FAILURE TO ABIDE BY POLICIES, FOR FAILURE TO FOLLOW A STAFF MEMBER’S DIRECTIVE, OR FOR THE MISUSE OR ABUSE OF FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT. REFUND NOTICE
There will be no refunds issued for part-time student memberships or student guest passes purchased between 8/1/19-8/28/19 due to acquiring full-time status.
