Reservation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the availability of the space.   

Tournaments and multi-court reservation requests require a minimum of three weeks' advance notice.

* All revenue generated from court rentals and reservations will be allocated to University Recreation to support facility upkeep and recreational programming. 

Reservations

Open Play Hours & Court Reservations 

  • Pickleball Courts are available Monday-Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for open recreation.   

  • Courts will operate on a first-come, first-served basis under a principle of mutual respect. 

  • Equipment such as paddles and pickleballs will be available for checkout through the RecRe Automated Equipment Rental machine, located inside the Sanderson Center during operational hours, free of charge.  

Priority & Shared Use 

Priority use will be allocated to previously scheduled physical education classes, department-administered intramural sports, and the student Pickleball Club to support academic and student programming. Organized groups with prior reservations will take precedence over individual users at the time of reservation, ensuring that both structured and recreational play can coexist smoothly. 

Court Rules

  • No pets, food, or glass containers.
  • No skateboards, No bicycle riding, No rollerblading
  • Please help keep our courts clean
  • Alcohol and Tobacco products are not allowed
