Our Group Exercise and Indoor Cycling program offers quality services to all current members of the Sanderson Center. With over 60 total classes offered per week during the Fall and Spring semesters, there is something for all levels and abilities! Multiple formats are available with a schedule that offers classes as early as 6am and as late as 7pm.

Our certified instructors provide a workout experience that is sure to leave you wanting more! All Group Fitness classes include modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals.

Interested in hiring a Personal Trainer or Group Exercise Instructor to lead your group or organization through a personalized workout? We offer various types of classes that we can take right to you or host in the Sanderson. Please complete this form at least two weeks before desired program and we will be in contact within 24 hours.

Final Schedule begins this week! Our last regular Group Ex and AMPED class will be at 12pm on Wednesday, December 5. No classes 12/6. Finals schedule starts Friday, 12/7!
