Boot Camps & AMPED Training Zone

Our boot camp is a type of indoor/outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. We use traditional and non-traditional equipment (slosh tubes, tractor tires, sandbags, etc.) in our classes. Our boot camps are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than the average workout, to achieve results and break plateaus.

The Sanderson Center recently launched its brand new state of the art circuit training studio “A.M.P.E.D. TRAINING ZONE” which offers Small Group Circuit classes that will entail all of the popular styles in fitness, including olympic bumper plate movements, rope pulley systems, medicine ball movements, to TRX Suspension Training and ROGUE training systems all in one setting. Be prepared to see if you have what it takes to take on our workout of the day!

Final Schedule begins this week! Our last regular Group Ex and AMPED class will be at 12pm on Wednesday, December 5. No classes 12/6. Finals schedule starts Friday, 12/7!
