Policies & Procedures
The Competitive Sports Coordinator, Graduate Assistants, and Competitive Sports Supervisors are empowered to make decisions for unusual game situations when a ruling is not expressly stated in the rule book. For example, a student arrives at the game site with the Chinese symbol for 10 on his or her game uniform. Although Chinese symbols are not expressly noted as unacceptable numbers, the supervisor on duty has the authority to make a decision on the acceptability of the symbol.
Furthermore, the Competitive Sports Coordinator, Graduate Assistants, and Competitive Sports Supervisors may put into effect any rule, policy, or procedure when, in his/her opinion, the rule, policy, or procedure is necessary to ensure the safety of all participants.
