MICROFIT fitness assessment products have set the industry standard for quality, reliability, and ease of use since 1986. Our certified staff will assess your fitness goals, develop a workout plan for you, teach you how to properly perform resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises, and keep you motivated! From the novice to the experienced exerciser, our trainers have the knowledge and skill to work with you to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Nutrition Assistance and Consultation
Don't let your efforts in fitness classes and personal training sessions go to waste without getting in proper nutrition daily.
